He grew up with a passion for food.

Edgar has been  in the food industry since he was able to work at the age of 15. He has done it all, from washing dishes, busing tables, serving, cooking, and even managing high end restaurants. He finally jumped at the concept of opening his own restaurant after we met in 2015 and shared our passion of customer service and great food. We both enjoy working side by side to make this business a family atmosphere that is not only a great place to eat but also a fun place to work. Mamalina's is named after his mother who gave him his spark for cooking.
